It comprises four schools, namely Law School, School of Business & Technology, School of Health, and School of Nursing. The university focuses on the field of business, law, finance, technology, banking, accounting, psychology, dentistry, nursing, healthcare, and chiropractic. The university is also a part of the Apollo Education Group. Over the years, with its increasing number of enrolments, the university has grown at a rapid pace. Also, it is among the nine universities in the United Kingdom to award degrees.

The university has study centers in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Cambridge, London, Manchester, and Abingdon. It has a total of 16,000 students.
